Location : EMEA | Contract Role

We’re looking for a dynamic University Recruiter to help build strong pipelines for graduate and intern roles across a wide range of business areas—including Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Technical Consulting.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a University Recruiter, you’ll be the first point of contact for early‑in‑career candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey and ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging future leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Posting job requisitions via an internal applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Reviewing applications and conducting supplemental sourcing
  • Ensuring 100% accuracy in candidate data and workflow management
  • Creating shortlists based on agreed criteria for interview / assessment
  • Communicating with candidates and managing expectations
  • Executing all tasks in line with service level agreements
