A leading automotive firm in Bracknell is seeking a placement student to support video content creation for their TikTok channel. The role involves producing, editing videos, community management, and assisting with marketing tasks. Candidates should demonstrate video editing skills and knowledge of TikTok, along with strong communication and organizational abilities. Opportunities for flexible working may include weekend shifts and travel across the UK and Europe.
At Honda we embrace inclusion in our various policies, so whilst our contracts state that the hours are as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, we offer flexibility for when you work. The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break & 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00 providing that there is no business requirement.
Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home 2 days per week, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.
Supporting the Honda European Motorcycles marketing team, this role will assist in producing and editing video and rich media content for our newly launched TikTok channel. The role will help in all stages of the production process – planning, capturing, editing and distribution of the content on the channel. You will also be responsible for Community Management, responding and engaging with other accounts and customer comments, whilst also providing line management consistent reports and insights that demonstrate content performance and learnings that can be taken to alter approaches and ideas chosen for content creation.
This role will support our brand and product marketing teams, so the role will also involve some administration duties in supporting the team with purchase orders, invoicing, privacy impact assessments, whilst also spending time working with the digital and website team, researching, and creating new focused campaign pages to drive more interest to Motorcycles.
