A leading UK university is seeking a full-time administrative support officer to provide high-level administrative assistance for its undergraduate medical degree programme. Candidates should possess excellent administrative and organisational skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and a willingness to work flexibly in a dynamic office environment. You will provide high-level administrative support for the undergraduate medical degree programme, coordinating a wide range of activities across clinical sites.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills and experience of using Microsoft Office packages at an advanced level are essential, as is the ability to work flexibly as part of a rapidly expanding department. Ideally you will have previous administrative experience in a higher education or NHS background. A proven team player and confident communicator, you will be committed to integrating into a busy office environment, working closely with a wide range of colleagues. Experience of working in a higher education environment is not essential; we will support you to settle in and excel in the role.

This post is full-time, fixed term, with a hybrid work pattern (3 days on campus), or fully on-campus if preferred. We're happy to discuss flexible working.
