Sulzer is a renowned leader in fluid engineering, with a proud legacy of over 180 years delivering excellence in pumps, agitators, compressors, and rotating equipment across diverse industries. Within this, our Water & Industry division is powering ahead – expanding rapidly across the UK as we support critical infrastructure, manufacturing, food & beverage, paper, chemical, and general industrial sectors. We’re now looking for a strategic and commercially sharp UK Sales Manager – Industry to lead our national sales team across all product and service lines in the non-utilities market.
This role is central to our growth journey. You'll shape and execute the commercial strategy, manage key customer relationships, coach and lead a high-performing team, and unlock new revenue streams by promoting tailored rotating equipment services and engineered solutions.
Role Location: This is a home-based role with responsibility for customers across the UK. You will manage your own schedule, balancing time on-site with customers, working from home, and visiting our facilities as needed. Ideally, you’ll be based in the Midlands, but this is not essential—what matters most is your willingness to travel.
