• Post qualification experience in a Finance/Accounting role.
• Fluent in English and good Excel skills.

• Review employee expenses and payment runs.

Job Description

You will be responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for our UK and export business unit with over $40M in revenue per annum and a manufacturing location.

Tasks

• Accounting for the business unit, including month-end closing and reporting.
• Budgeting, planning and forecasting.
• Commissions accrual and processing.
• Employee expenses review.
• Payment runs review.
• VAT and other statutory filings.
• Stock analysis, including obsolescence.
• Balance Sheet and banks reconciliations.
• Assistance with audits of the business unit.

Position Requirements

Essential

• Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW).
• Post qualification experience in a Finance/Accounting role.
• Results focused, ability to work effectively with other departments, attention to detail and ability to improve processes.
