Job summary

A leading data security company is seeking a Distribution Business Manager to manage key distributors across the UK & I Region. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the Microsoft channel ecosystem and be skilled in driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include creating strategic growth plans, training distribution Account Executives, and representing the company at industry events. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity for collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in the Microsoft channel ecosystem.
  • Experience working with and managing Distribution relationships.
  • Exceptional listener, highly empathetic to partner needs.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of revenue through UK & I distribution partners.
  • Act as the distributors advocate and liaison to the AvePoint account team.
  • Create and execute strategic growth plans with each distributor.
  • Identify and define key growth opportunities within each Distributor.
  • Be on site at each distributor at least 1 day per month.
  • Upskill and train distribution Account Executives / Account Managers.
  • Facilitate the movement of direct business through distribution.
  • Represent and build AvePoints public channel brand.
