💼 About the Role

The Head of Revenue is responsible for driving the organisation’s revenue growth, shaping its Revenue strategy, and leading high-performing teams across sales, partnerships, and revenue operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure the business consistently meets and exceeds its Revenue targets.

🔥 Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute the company’s Revenue strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth. Lead long-term planning across sales, partnerships, pricing, and revenue operations.
  • Provide strategic input into company-wide decisions as part of the senior leadership team.
Revenue Growth & Performance
  • Own revenue targets and deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Identify new market opportunities and define go-to-market plans.
  • Optimise pricing models, Revenue terms, and deal structures to maximise margin.
Partnerships & Business Development
  • Build and scale strategic partnerships that unlock new distribution channels and value-added opportunities.
  • Negotiate high-value Revenue agreements with key customers and partners
  • Strengthen the company’s presence through industry events, networks, and relationship management.
Team Management et Development
  • Lead and develop the Revenue organisation, including Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
  • Build a high-performance culture centred on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach Revenue talent.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support Revenue success.
  • Ensure alignment between market needs and product development priorities.
  • Partner with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles

  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Expertise in building and scaling sales and partnership functions.
  • Experience in SaaS, Hospitality Technology is a strong advantage
  • Confident leader capable of inspiring and motivating teams.
