Job summary

A global financial risk management leader is seeking a professional to drive a new initiative in the UK retail advice market. The successful candidate will lead marketing efforts, manage external relationships, and be the primary contact for sales and marketing meetings. Required qualifications include a strong background in asset management sales, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and excellent interpersonal skills. The role involves considerable travel throughout the UK and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in UK asset management sales/distribution.
• Proven track record of selling into UK regulated adviser/intermediary channel.
• Experience managing external distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of marketing materials to support the product.
• Attend meetings and represent the firm at adviser conferences.
• Manage relationships with adviser firms and external service providers.

Skills

Strong product knowledge of retail investment products

Technical understanding of derivatives and fund governance

Excellent communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or similar

CFA or equivalent qualification

Chartered PFS or equivalent

Tools

CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
