Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible staff to join the Digital Service Desk team as a Service Desk Analyst via our Temporary Workforce Services team.

The successful candidates will be adaptable, good with IT, and display excellent team working abilities.

Main duties of the job

As a member of our Temporary Workforce team, you can enjoy the flexibility to work in locations and at hours that suit you, fulfilling a variety of short and longer term roles dependent on your preference and on service needs.You must have good communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. Experience of dealing with the public, great keyboard skills and Microsoft Office experience are necessary.

Person Specification
Qualifications
  • Educated to NVQ Level 4 / Diploma level or equivalent in Computing or IT related subject to include administration and customer service skills
  • Proven level of literacy and numeracy - GCSE grade C or above
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and processes
Experience
  • Customer Service telephone call handling experience
  • Experience of delivery to key targets
  • Experience of working with suppliers from a range of technical functions such as servers, desktops, network etc.
  • Experience of working in team environments
  • NHS experience
  • Awareness of NHS Information Governance principles
