Overview

Are you a motivated Math & English teacher searching for a new flexible role? Are you a teacher looking for a change of pace? We have an exciting opportunity available for an encouraging teacher to join our tuition opportunities around West Yorkshire.

About the role

Prospero Teaching works with local authorities and schools across West Yorkshire to support students struggling with education. We aim to provide 1:1 tuition catering towards the student's needs in order to promote learning and progression.

Responsibilities

• Have a thorough understanding of the Math & English curriculum and assessment criteria.
• Be able to create a positive and motivating work atmosphere.
• Be accessible and able to establish a great rapport with students.
• Be able to plan, prepare, and present lessons according to each student\'s requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Have a QTS or Equivalent.
• Be eligible to work in the UK.
• Be able to provide at least two professional references.
• Have an Enhanced DBS, Overseas Police Checks (If applicable), or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS.

Rates of Pay

Salaries are paid on an hourly basis and will be dependent on your experience and qualifications. These range from GBP25 to GBP30 per hour.
