The Role

As a Special Needs Tutor, you will provide tailored one-to-one or small group support to pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. Working closely with the school's SEN team, you will help deliver personalised learning programmes that promote academic progress, confidence, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, engaging, and differentiated lessons
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual EHCP targets
• Support pupils' emotional, social, and behavioural development
• Maintain accurate progress records and feedback to staff
• Build positive, professional relationships with pupils and colleagues

Requirements

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Relevant teaching, tutoring, or SEN qualifications (desirable)
