? SEN Tutor for Young People - Bournemouth ?

Do you have a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We're looking for a caring and dedicated tutor to provide personalised learning support for young people in the Bournemouth area.

About the Role
  • Deliver one-to-one tuition tailored to children with SEN (including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other learning differences).
  • Focus on building confidence, life skills, and independence, as well as supporting academic subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
  • Use creative, flexible approaches to engage learners at their own pace.
  • Work closely with parents/carers to ensure consistent support.
  • Sessions available after school, evenings, and weekends (some flexibility possible).
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Holds relevant qualifications (e.g. QTS, HLTA, SEN or equivalent experience)
