A leading healthcare provider in the region is seeking a Compliance & Governance Lead to manage compliance processes across its Temporary Staffing Services. The successful candidate will ensure all temporary staff meet necessary standards and provide expert advice on compliance matters. Responsibilities include operational leadership, compliance auditing, and training staff to uphold high-quality standards. This position plays a key role in enhancing service governance in a dynamic environment, supporting safe staffing and compliance.

We are looking for an experienced, confident and highly organised Compliance & Governance Lead to join our Temporary Staffing Services (TSS) team. You'll play a central role in keeping our temporary workforce safe, compliant and ready to work, bringing together operational expertise with strong analytical thinking. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems, solving problems and leading on service governance in a fast‑moving environment.
Your work will directly support safe staffing across the Trust and strengthen the quality, accuracy and reliability of our compliance processes and data.
Base Location: Yeoman’s House/Royal Bournemouth Hospital
Provisional Interview Date: TBC
