Your Future, as a Treatment Coordinator at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Wells Road dental practice in central Bristol. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey. This is a clinical role that will also include the use of scanners, so the successful candidate will need to be a GDC registered Dental Nurse.

The working pattern for this role will be 40 hours per week. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.

What you'll be doing
  • Performing and reviewing patient scans using TRIOS software
  • Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance
  • Support patients through their treatment journey
  • Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
  • Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
  • Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers
