You will manage build standards, run reliability programs, and produce precise engineering reports. Your ability to identify failure modes and support teams during live events will be crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong motorsport engineering experience (WEC, IMSA, LMP2, F1, FE, or equivalent).
• Proven track record in reliability engineering, build engineering or quality engineering.
• High-level mechanical understanding to identify and prevent failure modes.
• Excellent technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set engineering build standards, tolerances, documentation, and quality expectations.
• Run the reliability program: FMEA, failure tracking, root cause analysis.
• Manage component life cycles and usage data.
• Produce clear, structured engineering reports.
