Qualifications

• Previously worked as a Childrens Home Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving a 'Good' or above Ofsted inspection.
• At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare.
• Knowledge of emotional and behavioural difficulties and associated legislation.
• Full UK driving licence.
