GXO is currently seeking a talented and driven Transport Supervisor to join us on at our Mossend site. In this role you’ll ensure all shift activities are co-ordinated with daily & weekly tasks achieved, making best use of available resources, through the effective motivation and leadership of colleagues to continually improve performance levels and quality standards.

This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working 5 days per week, working hours of 2pm to 10pm, with working night shifts also required.

Youll be paid a salary of up to £33,500.00. What Youll Do On a Typical Day

• Youll ensure the efficient running of the operation and drive operational performance through development of site systems and operational processes
• Youll identify and resolve operational issues and where appropriate escalate to the Transport Manager, ensuring that the transport department always remains legally compliant
• Youll analyse reports against KPIs and take actions to improve results
• Youll lead the transport team through the continued growth of the operation and introduce change positively
