Responsibilities
  • Be a key member of the West Midlands team and work on a variety of client projects.
  • Apply and further develop your skills with a varied client base.
  • Support technical progression with client buy-in and ongoing professional development.
  • Gain exposure to your chosen industry, increasing awareness, knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in career development and training to achieve professional or academic qualification goals, supported by the network of mentors and managers.
  • Engage with paid subscription to a professional body of your choice.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Essential: Level 4 qualification (e.g. HNC) or above in a relevant discipline such as transport planning, engineering, geography, etc.
  • Experience in shaping transport policy and strategy.
  • Experience of transport modelling and business case development.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Understanding of the strategic context of how transport schemes are delivered.
  • Desirable: Chartered Transport Planner or other relevant professional qualification.
