Summary

To efficiently plan deliveries to retail outlets across UK and Ireland utilising all mediums of transport (Parcels - Van's - HGV Fleet), own fleet, parcel carriers, pallet carriers, and 3PL.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage deliveries across own fleet, 3PL, parcel, pallet, and offshore operations.
• Produce daily transport plans to support warehouse operations.
• Manage a £3m annual transport budget, ensuring cost-effective and compliant delivery.
• Optimise routes, driver hours, and resources in line with legal and safety requirements.
• Monitor OTIF, cost-to-serve, and KPIs, recommending improvements.
• Provide performance reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives.
