• Scheduling experience required.
• Experience dealing with customers is essential.

Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday 6am - 15:30pm or 10.30am to 8pm Monday to Friday
Location: EN3 4NQ - London

✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• To ensure patient journeys are carried out in line with the contractual requirements
• To ensure all DHL vehicles are fully utilised, with minimum down time through effective tracking & communication
• To communicate effectively with DHL transport, Hospital wards/units and Drivers
• Track vehicles to ensure journeys are being made successfully and resources are being fully utilised
