A leading logistics provider is hiring for a full-time role in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will monitor delivery performance and manage operational activities while ensuring compliance and excellent communication with team members and drivers. Experience in transport or logistics is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. This is a full‑time, permanent position working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern: Week 1: 06:00‑14:00, Week 2: 10:00‑18:00, Week 3: 14:00‑22:00. Flexibility will be required to support operational needs.
