  • Ensure support for compliance audit ratings.
  • Support effective rollout of new initiatives/projects.
  • Maintain high levels of communication with clients and workers.
  • Meet payroll deadlines at all locations.

Overview

Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Admin Clerk to join our team based in Wishaw. The successful candidate will be focused on supporting the operational team and is not limited to maintaining the compliance and accuracy of our systems.

Salary depending on experience between £22,000 per annum - £26,000 per annum.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the highest levels of operational support to all the sites aligned to the region.
  • This should include but not be limited to:
    • Maintain close working relationships with all drivers and staff across each location using the tools available
    • Maintaining best practice as outline by the business.
  • Ensure all minimum standards associated with our booking & management process are maintained
  • Support the Contract Manager with the onboarding process of our workers.
  • Manage and maintain all systems
  • Ensure support for the Contract Manager to deliver 100% compliance audit rating for the sites aligned to the region.
  • Support effective roll out of any new internal initiatives/projects.
  • Ensure all personal objectives are always met.
  • Escalate in a timely manner any known operational issues that might involve the senior Customer and/or Pertemps management.
  • To maintain the highest levels of communication both written and oral with the client, the flexible workers and within the Pertemps management team.
  • Ensure that all relevant payroll deadlines are met at all locations, managing the flow of information between the client and our internal departments.

  • To evidence capability for making sound/confident decisions on behalf of the client and Pertemps.
  • To evidence a calm, encouraging and enthusiastic character when managing complex and sensitive internal and external communications.
