A healthcare technology firm in London seeks a Transformation Manager to enhance communication in the NHS. This role involves leading high-value pilots, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of innovative products. The ideal candidate has experience in change management, project management, and stakeholder engagement, and is committed to improving patient care. The role offers a salary of £45,000–£60,000 and a flexible benefits package.
Healthcare systems are struggling; our solution is communication.
We have a bold vision: everyone involved in a patient's care—including the patient—should be able to communicate easily with each other. And we believe every NHS staff member should be using our software to make that happen. We want to make healthcare genuinely better.
We are solving one of the biggest challenges of our generation and to do this we need the best talent possible to help us raise the bar. This is where you come in.
Our products are used daily (and you’ll almost certainly have received a message from us) by over 98% of GP practices and half of NHS hospitals impacting millions of lives. As a Transformation Manager your role will be mission critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. You’ll lead high‑value pilots and contracts with NHS partners, designing and delivering early‑stage pilots, building compelling cases for adoption and training teams to confidently use Accurx products to deliver faster safer and more accessible patient care.
Driving complex pilots from idea to impact: You’ll take ownership of high‑value pilots often for early‑stage Accurx products like Scribe or Patient Triage, working closely with NHS teams to design, deliver and evaluate these initiatives. Your ability to define success metrics, track outcomes and demonstrate ROI will be key to turning pilots into long‑term solutions that transform how care is delivered.
Navigating NHS complexity with confidence: You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across Acute Trusts, Community and Mental Health Trusts, GP practices and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs). This means aligning different priorities, overcoming organisational barriers and bringing diverse teams together around a shared vision for better patient care.
Scaling transformation at pace: You’ll ensure every new team using Accurx products feels confident and supported from day one. This includes delivering engaging training, creating scalable resources and building strong internal champions to embed change. Your work will enable services to adopt innovation quickly and sustainably, reducing administrative burden and improving care delivery at scale.
Shaping product and strategy through insight: You’ll gather feedback directly from NHS teams and use this to influence product development and strategic decisions. Your ability to identify trends, anticipate needs and advocate for users will ensure our solutions continue to solve the real problems faced by frontline staff.
Fix healthcare communication: Healthcare systems are struggling; our solution is communication - all of our efforts are centred here.
Raise the bar: We have built an exceptional team to solve hard challenges. We hire for expertise and new ideas, maintaining high standards, giving honest feedback and only delivering work we’re proud of.
Be a driver not a passenger: We make things happen, focus on the right problems and bring the energy to deliver ambitious goals.
Succeed together: We succeed only as a team. Our mission is too important for anything less, so company success always comes first.
Move with urgency: We’re on a mission and every day lost is a missed opportunity to improve lives. We work at pace and focus on our users and our impact.
Be relentlessly resourceful: We embrace constraints as they force us to think differently, be creative and focus.
Embrace challenge: We value constructive conflict over harmony, having tough conversations for the best outcome.
We believe in supporting our team to do their best work and thrive both professionally and personally.
Salary: 45,000 – 60,000 £. Share options of 31,500 £.
Access to Happl – a flexible benefits provider with a budget of 600 £ to spend on perks of your choice. Options include private health insurance, wellness providers and more.
Flexible Working: We are an office‑first culture and ask you to be in at least 3 days a week.
Enhanced parental leave policy
