Transformation Director
What you'll work on:
  • Lead the development and execution of transformation strategies across the organization
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and innovation
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of new processes
  • Analyze current operational processes and recommend enhancements
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Monitor and report on transformation project progress and outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
You’ll be a strong match if you have:
  • Strong expertise in leading transformation programs (digital, operational, cultural, or organizational change)
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year transformation initiatives
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business performance, identify opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing capabilities
  • Previous experience in consulting (MBB, Big 4, or boutique) or senior transformation roles in high-growth companies
