A leading telecommunications company in the UK is seeking a Transformation Assurance Lead to oversee the implementation of a key control framework. This role will involve executing risk-based reviews across transformation projects, identifying and mitigating risks, and producing assurance reports for senior stakeholders. With a focus on continuous improvement, the ideal candidate will come from a background in transformation roles within large organizations. A transformation delivery key control framework has been designed and is in the process of being implemented across the BT Group. This role will be lead on the assurance against the key control framework to confirm the operating effectiveness of the controls and on a series of targeted deep dives across the portfolio. The role works closely with the Senior Manager of Transformation Assurance, Transformation Governance, Group colleagues and unit transformation teams to design and implement 2nd line assurance of BT’s transformation portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have had experience working within the transformation field within large – ideally international – FTSE 100 companies, or within professional services/consultancy. We will consider a range of candidates, even if they do not meet all the criteria listed.
