  • Lead and manage financial due diligence assignments for various transactions.
  • Provide strategic advice and insights to clients during mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
  • Review and analyse financial information, identifying key business drivers and risks.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of comprehensive solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Support business development activities, including proposals and client pitches.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
Profile

A successful Transaction Services Associate Director should have:
