Job summary

A local education provider in Northern Ireland is seeking a Training Support Officer to assist in delivering accredited qualifications and outreach programs. THE EMPLOYER IS: ELITE CONNECTED CEG LTDAs a Training Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of accredited qualifications and outreach programmes. You will work closely with trainers, learners, and partners to ensure sessions run smoothly, materials are prepared, and learners are supported throughout their journey. The role will include general cleaning duties and organising of resources and materials to ensure the smooth delivery of training.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup and coordination of training sessions across various venues.
  • Prepare and distribute learning materials, registers, and feedback forms.
  • Support learners with queries, access needs, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and certification.
  • Liaise with trainers and partners to ensure smooth delivery and compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of scenario-based and inclusive training resources.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience in education, training, or community support.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection.
  • GCSE Math, English and ICT (or equivalent).
  • Access NI clearance.
