BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Training & Onboarding Coordinator for their client in Middlesbrough, Teesside, who work with energy, manufacturing and construction clients.
You’ll ideally have experience in industrial safety, operations or an engineering background. This will help you to gain a quicker understanding and knowledge of technical terms, which you will then be able to translate in an efficient manner, guiding customers through a step by step process during the training and onboarding period.
You will work alongside the web developer and the Directors will be around to help with training you.
You are a confident communicator who is tech-savvy with a wide range of experience in training and onboarding customers or internal staff.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills and will be able to demonstrate strong expertise in delivering effective product demonstrations as well as managing the E-training platform.
You will also be responsible for onboarding clients and facilitating the administration process, whilst ensuring the user feels confident using the platform to manage their Safe System of Work (SSOW) process effectively.
