You will develop trainees, ensure compliance, and deliver training while fostering a client-centric culture. The ideal candidate has experience in supervising Financial Planners and a deep understanding of financial regulations. The role includes regular travel between Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Kilmarnock. Develop Trainee Financial Planners to reach competent adviser status (CAS), conduct competency assessment of Financial Planners that join Titan Wealth Planning via acquisitions and monitor ongoing competency of CAS Planners under your supervision. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedures. Assist the operation of effective systems and controls to mitigate business risks and to ensure compliance with the regulatory system. Help maintain a collegiate relationship with both advisers and support staff to foster a positive approach to competence across the company.
