A community-focused educational organization is seeking a passionate Training and Development Coach to support apprentices in children and young people's services. This role involves coaching, guiding, and challenging apprentices to build essential knowledge and skills, ensuring successful outcomes in their professional practice. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and excellent communication skills. Salary: Up to £17,812.75 (FTE £35,626.51) per annum, depending on qualification/experience
Hours: 18.5 per week
Working Weeks: 52 per year
Contract Type: Fixed term (initially 12 months, with potential to extend subject to service need)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Training & Development Coach to support apprentices completing the Children & Young People Level 4 and Level 5 standards across Lancashire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong occupational experience in residential and community children's services who is ready to move into, or continue within, an apprenticeship coaching role.
You will coach, guide and challenge apprentices in their workplace, helping them build the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed in professional practice and achieve their End Point Assessment. The role is primarily workplace-based coaching and assessment, with some planned teaching and learning activity, including small group workshops and knowledge sessions to support knowledge development and professional practice.
