A leading services provider is looking for a Training and Development Administrator in Birmingham. This role involves managing training data, supporting the Training and Development team, and ensuring compliance with internal standards. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers a hybrid work structure with occasional office travel.

Working Hours / Contract Type: 37.50 hours per week, 12 months fixed term contract
Salary: £25,624 - £31,300 per annum depending on experience

The Training & Development Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and accurate tracking of employee training and development activities across Justice & Immigration. This role involves managing data systems, supporting training logistics, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
