A training provider is looking for an Early Years Childcare Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Learning Coach to mentor apprentices through their programs across Greater London. This role involves coaching, conducting inductions, delivering tailored training, and monitoring learner progress. Candidates should have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and experience in coaching. Remote working is offered, alongside travel to learner locations, with a competitive salary and various benefits.
Support apprentices to achieve Early Years standards through coaching, mentoring and training delivery. Use your safeguarding knowledge, EYFS expertise and assessment skills to drive learner progress, Functional Skills, and high-quality outcomes across early years settings.

Working hours: 37.5 Hours per Week

As an Early Years Childcare Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Learning Coach you will plan engaging training, carry out progress reviews and assessments, and provide constructive feedback that builds knowledge, skills and behaviours. You’ll liaise with employers to create purposeful on-the-job learning.
The Early Years Childcare Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Learning Coach will also support Functional Skills, maintain compliant documentation and champion wellbeing, equality and health and safety across early years environments.
