Trainee Telesales Consultant

My client is looking for three trainee telesales consultants to train as brokers experienced in conducting business on the telephone. You may have had your telesales experience from any sector. Any sales experience is considered especially experience door to door or fundraising.

Overview

As a brokerage, investors are closed via the telephone. Investment is a very fast moving competitive telephone selling industry paying very high commissions and with a basic salary from the starts as a Trainee Telesales Broker.

Compensation

The highest performers in the company go on to earn five figures per month. Commission is 5-15% of every deal with typical investments ranging from £5-£50,000 but many significantly higher than this. You should make 10 trades a month as a target. Make no mistake this is a culture of making money now. If you judge a sales job by the size of the basic then investment selling in any brokerage house is not for you. A basic is to get you by whilst you build a high earning client portfolio. Successful brokers are defined as those taking home over £10,000 per month. Making one more call to close the next deal is what it is all about.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephone sales to investments
  • Close deals on the telephone
  • Make 10 trades a month target and 10 calls a month
  • Attend the Group Assessment Day at the Sofitel in Gatwick airport if successful
Qualifications
  • Prior telesales experience in any sector (door to door, fundraising, etc.)
  • Proactive, confident, assertive, enthusiastic, determined, persuasive, positive and financially motivated
  • Crystal clear English spoken in a fast paced upbeat way
  • Financial motivation and ability to handle an aggressive high earning environment
