Looking for flexible work that fits around your schedule? Are you a student looking to gain classroom experience working with children?

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for trainee teaching assistants who are reliable, dedicated, and energetic to join our agency and support your local primary schools in and around Nailsea.

We are looking for candidates who can start immediately or from October 2025 and commit to working at least 1 - 5 days a week on a temporary full-time and part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Support local primary schools in and around Nailsea as a trainee teaching assistant.
• Be reliable, dedicated, and energetic in assisting classroom activities.
• Start immediately or from October 2025 and commit to 1 - 5 days per week on a temporary full-time and part-time basis.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (preferable).
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidence working with children.
• Enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn on the job.
