Role Overview

Responsibilities

As a Cover Supervisor/Trainee Teacher, you will be responsible for supervising classes and providing support to teachers, ensuring that students are engaged and on task. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.

Qualifications

Key requirements for this role include a minimum of A levels. Previous experience working with children or young people is preferred but not essential as we can provide full training. Adequate communication skills and good classroom management are essential. You will need to be fully vetted and an enhanced child workforce DBS will be applied for on your behalf.

Pay & Working Hours

The rate of pay is from £100 per day for a trainee. We have full and part‑time positions starting immediately or in January 2026 for the right individuals. The standard working day is from 08:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
