Programme structure

Year one

• Step into a paid role as a newly qualified social worker (starting salary up to £34,000, with higher pay in some London boroughs).
• Continue your studies towards your master’s degree
• Become part of the Frontline Fellowship , a national network offering career‑long support, development and opportunities.
