Trainee Residential Surveyor – Lincoln

Training and Support: Connells Survey & Valuation offers an in‑house, paid AssocRICS training programme that combines classroom learning, regular assessment and practical experience. Trainees shadow experienced Surveyors and participate in classroom sessions to build the skills needed for a long and successful career as a Valuation Surveyor.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • An RICS accredited surveying‑related degree, graduate or postgraduate, including a valuation module and/or building surveying with a pathology module on residential buildings, plus one year or more of property‑related work experience.
  • An RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree with two or more years of property‑related work experience such as in an estate agency or a surveying/valuation related discipline.
  • Minimum of four years property‑related work experience, e.g., negotiator level upwards in an estate agency, or an equivalent level in an organization or department such as asset management, LPA department or property management with direct involvement in handling caseloads and decision‑making surrounding property matters.
