Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Renewable Energy (London)

We are working with a fast-growing recruitment start-up in the Renewable Energy sector that is looking to hire a trainee to join their team in London. This is an entry-level role with full training provided and a clear promotion pathway.

About the Client:

• Renewable Energy recruitment firm
• Start-up phase but growing rapidly
• Office-based five days a week in Central London
• Target-driven, energetic environment with a strong focus on career development

The Opportunity:

This role is suitable for someone who wants to start a career in recruitment with long-term potential. One of their current consultants joined with zero experience and was promoted within 6 months. Another trainee is already mentoring others after their first year.

They'll teach you everything from sourcing candidates to speaking with clients and closing deals, as long as you bring the work ethic.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Speaking to candidates and clients in the Renewable Energy sector
• Making calls, writing job ads
• Working closely with senior recruiters to learn the full sales/recruitment process

Requirements:

• No recruitment experience necessary
• Must be confident communicating with people
• Resilience and drive are essential
• This is a phone-heavy, target-led role
• Must be based in or willing to commute into London 5 days a week
