  2. Step 2 - PRINCE2 Foundation
    PRINCE2 is a widely recognised methodology for project management. It is process-driven, often referred to as a waterfall methodology. Study time is approximately 15-20 hours with a 1-hour multiple choice exam. The course is provided online with exam simulators and revision tools, plus a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to the exam.
  3. Step 3 - Project Management Simulation
    Engage in an exclusive online simulated project assignment that mirrors real-world project management. Upon completion, a tutor will grade your work and issue a certificate of completion.
  4. Step 4 - Recruitment Support
