Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Health & Social Care as a Senior Carer or similar.
  • Understanding of person-led care planning and legislative requirements.
  • Ability to recognize signs of potential abuse and escalate concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to provide supreme kindness in resident care.
  • Ensure impeccable delivery of resident care planning arrangements.
  • Assist in administering medicines, care of wounds, and catheter care.
