Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue training and development with close support from mentor

- Full UK Driving Licence for manual or automatic car

Compensation & Benefits
- £28,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
- 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays)
