Be the friendly first point of contact for client questions, learning how to diagnose and resolve issues across Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
Get involved in client projects — from onboarding and basic system configuration to user training — while developing your consulting skills along the way.
Deliver tailored user training sessions that build client confidence and help them get more value from their systems.
Learn to manage support cases effectively, gaining insight into customer needs and feeding these into future project improvements.
Work closely with senior consultants and technical specialists to understand more complex requirements and how we design solutions.
Follow best practices, maintain accurate records, and contribute to client success using Cloud9’s playbook as your guide.
Capture client feedback and insights, using them as opportunities to learn and contribute fresh ideas for continuous improvement.
