Job Profile

Your Move Eastbourne is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our branch on a full-time, permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. Industry experience is ideal, but full training and support will be provided. We require evidence of relevant transferable skills in sales and customer service.

In return, we offer:

1. On Target Earnings (OTE) Pay up to circa £25,000 plus per annum depending on role level.
2. Basic salary £19,000 plus 3 months guaranteed commission pay.
3. 5-day working week, including Saturdays on rota.
4. Pension Scheme.
5. Career Progression opportunities.
