As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant, you'll support schools across the region by matching talented teachers and support staff with rewarding opportunities. Your Development Journey
  • Source, interview, and assess high-quality education professionals
  • Create engaging candidate profiles and present them to schools
  • Support experienced consultants while developing your own client relationships
  • Progress into full 360 recruitment, including business development, account management, and negotiation
