A leading law firm in North East England is seeking a Trainee Conveyancer. Leading North East Law Firm are looking to recruit a trainee Conveyancer this role is perfect for someone who is looking to progress and have their own files under supervision from qualified members of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of legal documents for property transactions
  • Conduct research on title deeds, property ownership, and land registry
  • Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other professionals involved in conveyancing
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
  • Attend client meetings and assist in the conveyancing process under supervision
What we are looking for
  • A relevant legal qualification or currently studying towards one
  • Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Minimum of A-levels or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Completion or pursuit of a legal qualification (e.g., CILEx) is desirable
  • Prior experience in a legal environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles is beneficial
