Ready for a change but not sure where to start? Discover a career in care.

No experience? No problem. If you are kind, patient, and want a job that truly makes a difference, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Our purpose-built care home is situated on the woodland edge of Forres, in the beautiful countryside of Moray. We proudly offer Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 41 residents.

Now, we are looking for trainee Care Assistants — people who might never have worked in care before but feel drawn to it. Whether you’re returning to work, changing careers, or looking for purpose in your next role, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

What We Offer:

  • £12.70 per hour
  • Contracted or flexible hours – up to 44 hours per week
  • Paid PVG, uniform, and onsite parking
  • 5.6 weeks of annual leave (based on full-time contract)
  • Full training provided – no prior experience needed
  • Two to four-week shadowing and induction with a dedicated buddy
  • Daily support from team leaders and clinical staff
  • Opportunities to gain qualifications and grow your career

Your Role:

You’ll work alongside experienced carers, learning how to support residents with personal care, mobility, mealtimes, and companionship. You’ll build confidence through shadowing, regular catch-ups, and ongoing guidance. It’s not just about tasks – it’s about building relationships, bringing comfort, and being there for someone when it matters most.

Every smile, every chat, every helping hand – it all adds up to something meaningful.

Who This Is For:

This role is perfect for anyone looking to start a rewarding career in care. You might be:

  • Switching careers and looking for something more fulfilling
  • Returning to work after time away
  • Leaving school or college and exploring your first role
  • Simply passionate about helping others but unsure how to begin

If you bring the right attitude, we’ll provide the training and support to help you thrive.

About Us:
