Salary: £27,900 + Up to 6% performance bonus

This is a physically demanding role requiring visits to various construction sites and inspection of buildings throughout the build process, including working frequently at height. Applicants must consider this before applying.

NHBC have a dedicated professional team to support staff who require to register with the Building Safety Regulator as a “Registered Building Inspector”. This includes the necessary training and development to undertake third-party accredited assessment schemes that evidence individual’s professional technical competency. NHBC will provide the financial funding for completion of the assessment schemes as well as registration with the Building Safety Regulator.
