As part of your induction, you'll be enrolled on the Coventry University MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, equipping you with the qualifications and skills required for autonomous practice at Band 8a level.

What you’ll do

What you’ll gain

80% of your time will be dedicated to clinical practice, with protected time to develop across all four pillars of advanced practice: clinical, leadership, education, and research. You’ll be supported by a strong multidisciplinary team and senior colleagues as you grow in confidence and autonomy, and will have opportunities to lead service improvement, contribute to audit and research, and support education across the paediatric workforce.
