A leading traffic management organization in Nuneaton seeks a Traffic Management Coordinator. The role involves coordinating logistics, providing excellent customer service, and managing financial records. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong communication skills. Experience in traffic management is advantageous but training will be provided. Location: Nuneaton Depot (travel to other depots or customer locations may be required).
General hours of work are 42.5 hours per week, with varying shift patterns between 7am and 6pm, including some weekend shifts on a rota basis.
Chevron TM specialises in the provision of temporary traffic management services throughout the UK, providing physical and digital traffic controls to ensure that works are carried out safely and workers and the general public are safe.
Managing traffic for organisations working within Utilities, Rail, High Speed Network, Local Authorities and Events, we place huge emphasis on our performance and ability to deliver, meet and exceed our clients' expectations. We give expert support from the consultation and design phase, right through to work completion and sign-off.
Coordination And Logistics: Responsible for the accurate building, reviewing and creation of picking lists for all work onto our ERP system. Liaison with our client to fulfil capacity efficiently. Schedule out planned and reactive works when required using all tools available to ensure we achieve our contractual SLA's and KPI's measures.
Customer Service: Attend meetings with the team and client, in person and online. Provide information to our clients. Address customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Financial Management: Assist in maintaining financial transactions as part of the job building process to ensure we are maximising our revenue and in line with contractual rates.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract and operational delivery areas.
Communication: Assist in answering calls from the client and customers and direct internally to relevant parties. Maintain effective communication channels with the contract team, supervisors, managers, and operatives to maintain operational efficiencies. Liaising with our client on job-specific requirements and maintaining accurate data on internal and external systems.
Learning And Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance your administration skills. Develop a solid understanding of our contract and services to assist clients effectively. Learn the cross aspects of the contract for assisting in other areas when required.
