Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 8.00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm

Role Overview

We are recruiting staff to join a busy international courier operation in Deeside. This is a fast‑paced role supporting transport and warehouse teams, ensuring consignments move efficiently and customer expectations are met.

Key Duties

• Monitor consignments and update tracking systems
• Liaise with drivers, depots and customer service teams
• Process manifests, labels and customs paperwork
• Allocate jobs and support route planning
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Escalate and resolve delays or exceptions
• Support site compliance and health & safety

Candidate Profile

• At least 1 year’s experience in transport, logistics or courier operations
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Confident IT user
• Calm under pressure with good attention to detail
• Reliable, flexible and a strong team player
